In order to fully analyse your performance and efficiency in Swimming, Cycling, Running, or all three, TriSport Coaching have invested in sophisticated sports analysis equipment and highly experienced and professional coaches.
Once we have gathered enough information to assess your current abilities we provide personalised coaching and show you how to improve your performance, effectiveness, efficiency and times.
Our aim is to motivate, encourage and support athletes in achieving their best possible results in any one, or all three triathlon disciplines.
The 2013 Season starts on Saturday 27th April 6am-8am and Sunday 28th April 7am-9am. May - the full weekly schedule starts on Saturday 4th May. join us in the water then?
Please note that due to the prolonged cold weather the course will be restricted to a 400m loop for the time being.
