Join our Easy Payment Scheme (EPS) for a cost effective 12 month Analysis &
Coaching service.
The EPS enables all your training needs to be met at an affordable rate of £24.00 per month
+ VAT paid by direct debit. (equivalent to 97p per day)
Once signed up, you are entitled to all the services listed below within a period of one year.

In order to make the most of this programme we suggest you take the V02 Metabolic Assessment first. Beginning the programme with this assessment will enable you to start as you mean to go on; training smarter not harder. Furthermore, the metabolic assessment provides you with a 12 week individualised training programme to kick-start your new regime.
Once you have integrated the personal recommendations from the VO2 Metabolic Assessment training programme, the Swim, Bike and Run Analysis & Coaching can be taken in whichever order you prefer and at timings most appropriate for your training or racing needs.
This programme gives you access to all the analysis and coaching you need to improve your technique, performance and start exceeding all your expectations.
