Getting the fit right
2XU Compression is graduated compression. Graduated compression is strongest at the extremities gradually reducing as you move up the limb towards the heart. Your Calf & Forearm muscles are the body’s circulatory pumping muscles. Medical evidence has shown that graduated compression starting at these muscles aids circulation. It is important that the garment is tight at the calf, it is therefore advisable to try on the size you have chosen and to get the sales staff to check this pressure for you.
Shorts and short sleeve tops have a circulatory benefit but muscle containment is most important for these and so the size should be comfortably tight fitting.
